The container is full and can be picked up or exchanged, how can I do that?

On the website of we have a so-called 'pickup button'. If you want the container to be picked up, you can use this button to give the order to do so. By filling in the zip code and house number where the container is located you can then select the container(s) you want to be picked up.

If for some reason you are unable to use this function you can always send an email to or create a ticket via the customer panel under your account. We will then pick up your pickup order as soon as possible.

If you make the order before 16:00 we will try to pick up the container no later than the next working day. We do not pick up the container on weekends.
